Delivery & Postage

Delivery is charged per order, not per item.

For next-day deliveries, please submit your order by 1pm UK time, and the parcel will be with you the next working day (via our courier, City Link)

We aim to despatch your parcel just as quickly as we can - we are working at the moment to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt.

Parcels which are 'standard' UK delivery will be despatched via Royal Mail either 1st  or 2nd class, depending on their weight.  Parcels will generally need signing for, and should be received within 5-7 days of placing your order.

We are happy to despatch to a 3rd party address, however we may need to confirm this with you prior to despatch if anything looks unusual, to help manage any potential fraud.

For international orders, once we have been able to verify your address with the card issuer for security checks, your parcel will leave here via Royal Mail International or Airsure. This is generally a 3-5 working day delivery time from when the parcel leaves us.

* when available; the Express Delivery service may be temporarily suspended when we cannot guarantee to meet the express delivery times. At such times the Express Delivery option will not be available as a delivery option at the checkout.
